Since orders are automatically sent to our logistics center for shipping preparation, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has been placed.

Please contact us by email service@sanfino.de or via our contact form and tell us your order number and a brief description of the problem. Photos or videos of the affected item will help us quickly investigate your complaint.

Of course, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

Germany: 1 to 2 working days. Delivery on Saturday is possible.

Austria, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark: 2 to 4 working days.

Spain, UK and Switzerland: 2 to 5 working days.

Shipping items: 3 to 5 working days.

If a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time specified there applies.

For deliveries within Germany and Austria, shipping is free for orders over €20.00. For orders worth less than €20.00, shipping costs amount to €2.99.

For deliveries to Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and Spain the shipping costs are €10.00.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Great Britain the shipping costs are €20.00.

Different shipping costs may apply for shipping items. The actual shipping costs will be displayed to you in the checkout before completing the order.

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL or the respective shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link - if available for the respective shipping method. If necessary, you can also access the tracking link via your order information.

Large, heavy items or items that cannot be sent as parcels are delivered by a freight forwarder or large parcel service. Delivery is generally carried out curbside.

For freight forwarding deliveries, a prior appointment is usually required. Please make sure that you have a current and accessible telephone number when placing your order.

Please describe the problem as precisely as possible and tell us your order number or - if the product was not purchased directly via sanfino.de - the time of purchase and the dealer. Photos or videos can help us assess the matter more quickly.
