Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided that a uniform delivery takes place;
  • on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided the goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You can use the following sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

You can also revoke your consent using the electronic function provided on our website “Cancel contract” explain.

If you use the electronic cancellation function, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation immediately on a durable medium, in particular by email. The confirmation of receipt contains the information about your revocation as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires or transmit the cancellation before the cancellation period expires using the electronic cancellation function.


Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

Excluded from the refund are additional delivery costs that arise because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.


Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

For goods that can be sent as a parcel, we will cover the direct costs of returning them if you use the return procedure and return label provided by us.

To receive a free return label, please contact us via our Contact form or by email service@sanfino.de.

If you do not use the return procedure provided by us to return an item that can be sent via parcel, you will be responsible for the resulting return costs yourself.


Returning goods that cannot be sent as parcels (forwarding/pallet goods)

Goods that cannot be returned normally using a parcel service due to their size, weight or nature must be returned via a freight forwarder or large parcel service.

For such items, please contact us before returning them. We will then inform you of the specific return address and the organizational details of the shipping return.

The goods must be sufficiently and securely packaged for return transport and, if necessary for transport, made available for collection on a suitable pallet.

We need one to arrange a pickup date Current and available telephone number.

You bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent as parcels.

For forwarding items within Germany and Austria, the return costs are charged - depending on the item, pickup location and transport costs a maximum of around € 250 appreciated. Experience shows that the costs are between approx 80€ and 250€.

In the event of a statutory revocation, we bear the risk of returning the goods.


Value replacement

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

We recommend that you return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging and with all accessories included. However, the use of the original packaging is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.


Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in particular for contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
  • to deliver audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Voluntary return policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you the option to return the item within a total of 24 hours 30 days from receipt of the goods on.

The above cancellation policy and the statutory provisions apply within the statutory cancellation period of fourteen days.

After the statutory cancellation period has expired, you can return the goods within a total of 30 days from receipt under the following voluntary return conditions.

The prerequisite for a return after the statutory cancellation period has expired is that the goods are complete and show no damage or signs of use that go beyond the handling required to inspect the goods.

Goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded or which has expired prematurely are generally also excluded from the voluntary return option. This applies in particular to goods that have been made individually for you or have been clearly tailored to your personal needs.


Return costs as part of voluntary returns

For goods that can be sent by parcel, we will provide you with a free return label for voluntary returns, provided you use the returns procedure provided by us.

If you organize the return yourself or use another shipping service provider or shipping method, we will not cover the resulting shipping costs.

For goods that cannot be sent as parcels, especially freight or pallet goods, you will bear the direct costs of returning them. For forwarding items within Germany and Austria, the return costs will be charged a maximum of around €250 appreciated.


Reimbursement as part of the voluntary return

If the requirements of our voluntary return conditions are met, we will refund you the purchase price paid for the returned goods.

If the return is made exclusively due to our voluntary return option after the statutory cancellation period has expired, the original shipping costs will not be refunded unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

These voluntary return conditions do not limit your legal rights. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights in the event of defective goods remain unrestricted.
