Assembly instructions for Sanfino wooden (MDF) & bamboo WC seats

1 x Toilet Seat

Montageset:

2 x Scratch Prodection
2 x Threaded Rod
2 x Perforated Sleeve
2 x Plastic Washer
2 x Metal Washer
2 x Nut
1 x Fixing Key

 

 

 

We recommend cleaning the toilet thoroughly before installing the toilet seat.

 

Instructions

 

Step 1

 

 Make sure that the mounting holes of your toilet bowl (A) are 10.5 - 20 cm apart.

 

TIP

Adjust the toilet seat to the correct hole spacing.
The hinge plate is 360° adjustable to adjust the toilet seat to the correct hole spacing and length.

 

 

 

 

Loosen the screw in the hinge plate with a screwdriver.

 

 

 

 

Turn the hinge plate until the required distance is reached.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tighten the screw in the hinge plate again.

 

Step 2

 

 

 

Turn the toilet seat around for assembly so that the underside is facing upwards. Place the scratch protection (A) on the hinge plate and screw the threaded rods (F) firmly into the threads that match the hole spacing.

 

Step 3

 

  

Insert the perforated sleeves (B) into the holes in the toilet bowl. Place the toilet seat on the toilet bowl and guide the threaded rods through the perforated sleeves.

 

 

Step 4

 

 

 

 

First place the plastic (C) and then the metal washers (D) on the threaded rods from below. Screw the nut (E) onto the threaded rod and tighten with the fixing key (G)

FINISHED!

 

For optimal functionality of the soft-closing system, the toilet seat must be properly mounted on the toilet bowl.

ATTENTION: Never press down the toilet seat or lid by hand.
