Can I add anything to my order?

Once you have placed your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add or remove anything from your shopping basket, as all orders are transmitted to our logistics centre at the same time. In this case, it is best to simply place a new order if you would like to order additional products.

What can I do if I have entered the wrong delivery address?

If you have already placed the order, unfortunately the delivery address cannot be changed later. Please contact us at service@sanfino.eu or via our contact form. If we are still able to cancel your order, we will refund your money immediately and you can then order again in our online-shop.

The best way is to send us a photo or video with the order number by e-mail to service@sanfino.eu and our support team will deal with your concern as quickly as possible.
