How much are the shipping costs?

How long does the shipping take?

Delivery time Germany: 1 working day next day (delivery also Saturday).

Delivery time Austria, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium Luxembourg, Denmark: 2-3 business days.

Delivery time Spain, Great Britain & Switzerland: 2-5 working days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL or the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking link by e-mail. This way you always have an overview of where your package is at the moment. You will also find the tracking link when you click on your order information in the order confirmation.  

Can I have my package delivered to a DHL Packstation?

Due to the size of the package, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

How can I change my delivery address?

In principle, a delivery address cannot be changed, as it is transferred to the logistics center for shipment preparation at the same time as your shipment. During business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) we can try to intercept the order within 30 minutes of your order and change it to a new delivery address. I never received my package, what can I do?

If you have not received your package, although it is delivered according to the tracking or the shipment status has not changed for some time, please contact us here.
