🚽 Is there an integrated soft-closing mechanism in the toilet seat?

YES! The lid and the seat are equipped with an automatic closing mechanism. Enjoy the gentle closing and avoid loud folding noises.

⚙️ Can the WC seat be mounted on all toilet bowls?

Our toilet seat fits on ceramics with fastening FROM BELOW. Ceramics closed on the side are not compatible. We want to ensure a hassle-free installation so you can quickly and easily beautify your toilet.

🔧 Are special tools required for assembly?

We have made the assembly of our toilet seat simple and stress-free. You do NOT need any additional tools, because all mounting parts are already included.

🔩 Are spare parts such as spacers and hinges available for the toilet seat?

We want to make sure that you can use our toilet seat for a long time. That is why we offer a wide range of spare parts, including spacers, mounting spare parts and hinges.

⌛ Is the assembly easy and are there comprehensible assembly instructions?

With the enclosed installation instructions, installation is done in no time. For additional support, a helpful installation video is also available for our wood and bamboo toilet seats, as well as installation instructions for our thermoset toilet seats.
